I've been slacking...

Not a whole lots going on right now... Working, exercising, eating, cleaning, walking the dog...  I've been working on healing myself, and the process is slow but every day I'm getting stronger.

I'm doing an online meditation course which is doing wonders for my body and soul, speaking with care and letting things go.

Fitness wise, I've lost a whopping two pounds, but I've upped my weights from 25-35 lbs today! In 14 weeks I've gone from struggling to lift 20 lbs to struggling to lift the 35 lbs, but I can do it! I've achieved so much that I'm proud of these past few months.

For me, I'm a slow learner... I've been repeating the same patterns of behaviors for years, now I'm in a place where I see the behaviour and I'm making one baby step at a time to change it!

You are doing GREAT Sam!! Don't forget that muscle weighs more than fat. Taking it slowly is the best way to keep the weight off - those fad diets work in the short term but not the long term. And kudos to you and increasing the weight! I'm weak as a kitten since my pinched nerve last year.
