Not a whole lots going on right now... Working, exercising, eating, cleaning, walking the dog... I've been working on healing myself, and the process is slow but every day I'm getting stronger.
I'm doing an online meditation course which is doing wonders for my body and soul, speaking with care and letting things go.
Fitness wise, I've lost a whopping two pounds, but I've upped my weights from 25-35 lbs today! In 14 weeks I've gone from struggling to lift 20 lbs to struggling to lift the 35 lbs, but I can do it! I've achieved so much that I'm proud of these past few months.
For me, I'm a slow learner... I've been repeating the same patterns of behaviors for years, now I'm in a place where I see the behaviour and I'm making one baby step at a time to change it!
