Dealing with unwanted crushes...
I'm currently dealing ( actually I'm not dealing with it, I'm ignoring it) with being the "object" of a crush. I've know it for a while, and I'm doing my best to ignore the situation, as I'm the supervisor and NOT interested. My fellow supervisor and I actually talked about this issue yesterday ( on a similar situation), and in our job, it's grounds for dismissal.
My poor co-worker got cornered today by the person. I knew as soon as she walked in the room what happened. I looked at her and said" just laugh if this is what I think happened". When I told her, she howled with laughter!
I will say my co-worker dealt with the man in a good manner, but I'll have to deal with at some point. I'll be honest and say that he makes me feel uncomfortable by times ( creeps me out to be honest).

Very creepy indeed. Sometimes ignoring the person will make it worse. I think your blogger buddies have given you some very good sound advise. I've seen some very smart people do some very dumb things when they are infatuated with someone.
