I've been off work for two whole days, and will be off tomorrow too! Gotta love three day week ends!
Today I walked the dog ( I skipped yesterday), did some house work, bought groceries and have the most real conversation with my brother I've every had and that was such a great feeling!
I drank a wee bit too much coffee and had a nap, so I think it'll be a long night... I think I'll do some puttering around the house tonight and clean out the spare room once again...
I made it to the cross fit class 4 times this past week, and am doing pretty good eating ( although I need to eat more some days).
I even booked cottages today in PEI for a week this summer... Jane, if your going this summer, I won't be far away from you! We rented three cottages, and will be going with my family... Plus my dog is coming too! Should be good times, as we're right on the water and it's so heavenly...
I spent 65.00 on groceries this week, so tomorrow will be prepping for the week and getting stuff organized ( gym clothes, uniforms, and food).
Lastly, I discovered that my boarder has brought a kitten into the house, without my knowledge or consent. ( The dog keep running to the basement and I thought that water had gotten in or there was a dead mouse down there). Nope, a kitten tucked under the stairs and barricaded in with boxes... The poor dog kept going and standing guard. I haven't had a chance to talk to her about it, as our paths seldom cross and the only time this week they did, she was on her phone and disappeared into her room, and continue talking on the phone... She must have brought it back to her home for the week-end, as I couldn't see it when I went down last night. I removed the litter box, as it wasn't cleaned out and the stools looked runny, and I didn't want the dog eating it! I'm not impressed with this behaviour, as it is my home...
Life is definitely never boring around here!
and for Island Witch, the crossing guard and her friends had seen me leave the house and had made a bet on which way I was going and had fast I'd get to the corner... 35 minutes and 3.5 KMs...

Not good having a kitten in your house without prior notice or permission. You most certainly want to have a talk with your tenant.
Glad to see you are P.E.I. bound this Summer and a nice place if you are close to Jane's area. The beaches are very nice around that area and I found a lot of beach glass around Miminegash.There is a good restaurant in Alberton and a nice bakery also.
