The 12th day of 2014
I had my body composition completed yesterday. I weigh 163.8 lbs. 59.3 of those are fat ( 36.3 %). My muscle mass is actually spot on, 105 lbs. My goal is to lose 28 lbs in the next 50 weeks... It's not going to be easy... But I'm up for the challenge.
My muscles still hurt , especially my upper body... I've found muscle that's been hidden for many years...
I'll be monitoring my food intake and will be doing 40% protein, 40% carbs and 20% fat. 40% protein is going to be a challenge... I've found some good ideas however to boost it.
The dog and I have walked 12/12 so far this month... I've loving the face mask I bought. I really like the fact that when I wear it, I can't wear my glasses, and I'm walking blind. It's forcing me to trust my instincts when I'm walking... It's been liberating for sure>
Moneywise, I'm spending very little this week. I got a hair cut, 20.00 and have 70.00 in a jar for savings... ( that's my dentist money), and which I'll get 80% back...
I'll need to get groceries either on Sunday or Tuesday, as I'll need some fruit and veggies and milk...
Now, I'm off to do s bit of housework, and of course, walk the dog...
