Slowly prepping for the season...
I bought a couple of more gifts this morning and have scouted out a few more... I'll need to buy some more wrapping paper too. I should have enough tape and tags to do. I'm debating about getting a tree this year... Not sure yet...
The dog and I have walked every day this month so far... half of those walks are 6 kms, the rest vary between 2-5 kms.
I've been eating fairly well, but there's always room for improvement. ( french fries are my weakness)...
My mom is having good moments and sad moments... It's hard to watch her struggle, but it is a part of life. We walk and talk, and I said to her, it's one thing to teach the grieving process, but its another to live through it...
I do need to book the dog a groomers visit and myself an eye appointment... Monday morning that'll be knocked off the list.
Moneywise things are the same...
The house continues to be lived in... dog hair and all... I did get the bedroom scrubbed down, and stuff tossed, but I need to finish the closet... This week I'll do the living room and pantry.
Now I'm off to have a nap before work... I slept terrible last night ( about 5 hours of broken sleep)...
