Getting ready for winter...
I got my first oil change done on my CRV, 67.67 ( it needs one every 15,000 kms as it uses synthetic oil). I need to buy winter tires which will run around 850-900.00, but I need to cash some banked time at work to do this ( I'll do the paperwork this week, and I'll see the money the first pay in December).
I went with my mother and sister this morning, and we picked boughs, twigs and other goodies for outdoor decorations for Christmas. I'll assemble then, but will not get the decorations or lights up for a few more days at least.
I've got some more gifts bought, I have abut 10 things to pick up ( books and pjs) and yes" DD", I'll be done yours soon... I have all the things I need to bake with except canned milk and some brown sugar...
I've raked today ( 5 bags) and need to do some more, but I walked the dog a total of 6 kms today ( and yesterday too), so I figure I'm good for exercise right now... my sister has an app on her phone that uses a GPS and tells you how far you've walked and the pace you've set ( we walked an average of 1 km/11.30 minutes. I figure that's good, as my mom was with us, and she keeps up...
I worked at my PT job this week and it was a good week. It averages out to 25.00/hour, and I do tons of walking there too! That's gas and grocery money for the week.
I bought tickets to see Gordon Lightfoot in concert next spring... I used my birthday money for this...
Now, I think it may be time for a little nap... after all, I'm 44 now...

You are one busy lady. Glad your Mom is going with you while walking and getting twigs ready for Christmas decoration. Hope you show us some pictures. I picked up some red Dogwood branches and they look nice for decorating.
