It's time for a mid month check in on my challenges

The financial challenge to spend 200 on groceries... total spent so far 120.00... the only things I'll need to buy in the next two weeks is milk, fresh fruit and some veggies. I do believe that 80.00 is enough to last the rest of the month.  I spent 20 today on a few necessities that I forgot to buy on Sunday ( like a lemon and a lime)...

The decluttering challenge is just that, a challenge. I'll spend some time this afternoon on the pile... I did manage to toss some old sneakers, a couple of t-shirts and found a few things to donate...

Sounds like you're doing well with your grocery budget! I'm cutting mine down for the next week & have to really think about we NEED. Good luck with the decluttering! Once you get going with it, it's not so bad!! ;)

Looks like you are doing great with your set grocery budget.
I don't think you will find the decluttering so bad. It's nice to see more open space without clutter because it means less dusting of knick knacks.
I just cleaned out our closets and 2 garbage bags later. It's amazing the clothing we keep even if it doesn't fit anymore.
