The first time I heard this I cried and cried because I had seen a cat dead on the road Christmas Eve while looking at lights.
It made me sad that someone would leave their cat outside.
I watched the video now attached to the song. It is over 10 years old with some great performers behind it.
I don't cry as much but I'm still sad though I think it has some great meaning behind it.
