My heart goes out to you, what a hard decision to make, just remember this is a family decision so don't take all the weight onto your shoulders.
At the end of the day I am sure the right outcome will happen...

Hoo boy, I don't envy you your decision. with your list of pros and cons there are obviously good and bad points about both so you're just going to have to go with your gut!!
