I've got two weeks to make a decision...

I've been approved for a lateral move in my old job to a new workplace. I have two weeks to make up my mind...  List of pro's to move- new place, new responsiblites, new people, no worries of a lay off, chance of moving up the ladder...
 Con's to moving- I will not be permitted to have a leave for a few years ( if some other deptartment wanted me, I'm not allowed to go unless I resign), 

Pro's to staying at old job, stay in same home, work with the same people, chance of being allowed to take a leave to work for another deptartment ( if something comes up)
Con's to staying - no place for movement,  working with a select few that are ???

I've asked for a meeting with the boss...

I haven't heard anything back from the job I applied to in ON ( but it only closed last week...)

I'm NO GOOD with these kinds of decisions...so I will make NO recommendations to you. Maybe the Ontario job will come through and you'll have even more to think about. It won't be an easy decision in any case. Are you leaning more towards one than the other??
