I make a fruit crisp today with blackberries, strawberries, apple and the topping was a combination of stale peanut butter cookies, oatmeal, butter and flour, with a splash of lime juice and maple syrup. OMG... it was delicious.

going on vacation, but not until I get everything done!
Thankful for today?
Being able to take the dog for a well deserved walk! The sun was shining, and it wasn't freezing for a change!
