Here goes the story: someone wants to buy my house, they walked by when it was for sale, but never stepped foot inside it. They knocked on the door a few weeks ago and asked if they could have a peek. My response was "sure, come in and have a look, it's a bit lived-in". They loved the house, but needed further approval for a higher amount. Can you see where this is going? Yep, they've been approved for my asking price. So, it looks like I'm going to be selling my house privately ( with a little help from a real estate friend). Oh, and the closing date? First week of January if all goes well. I'm scared to death. Now, lets get the ball rolling and let the packing begin!
