Everytime I write about the house being sold, I jinks myself!

Yep, it happened again. He's approved for the funding, but doesn't have the down payment settled. He was supposed to get the down payment as a gift, and the gift-er backed out. ACK...

As it very rains but pours, someone is coming to see the house today with a Realtor. I'm doing a bit of cleaning and decorating for Christmas at the same time. I'm going to enjoy the day as best I can, and what happens, happens. I won't be writing about the house being sold until everything is cleared and the lawyers are involved. Fingers crossed that the third times the charm!

House for sale? What house...yes, keeping it all under wraps until the ink is dry is probably best. But what a royal pain in the ass!

I am a mortgage loan officer and you would think that having your down payment lined up would be the first step but people can be so infuriating. I understand not writing about it until it happens. Good luck!
