OK readers, cross your fingers ( and say a little prayer too)

The house is being shown tomorrow, to the very first lady who saw the house ( and I gave the flooring to), so say a little prayer and fingers crossed the house sells! What does it mean to sell the house? Debt free in 1 year, plus a down payment for a new house next year! I'm sending it out to the universe that I want after everything is all over and done with, 115,000 for the house. My mortgage is 80,000, it would leave me with 35,000. I'd save 20,000 for a down payment, the rest would go towards debt repayment ( and maybe, just maybe laser eye surgery for me).

Debt free by August 2012? What a feeling it would be!

Sam, I am an identical twin. I am 53 years old. 53 years ago small babies were put in an incubator with pure oxygen. They did not know at the time that this would blind us or severely scar our corneas. So the result legal blindness. I could see light and dark, bright colors and large moving objects. Without pop bottle thick lens I was blind. I waited until I was 51 years old to get the surgery. It was the best money I ever spent. I still wake up every morning and look outside and I am amazed. I mean it I have never gotten over my ability to see. I would go deeper in to debt for this surgery tomorrow. DO IT!
