Great. I hope you have a good buyer with the cash up front. I know when we sold our house we had a few tire kickers but then the real thing came in with the cash and just a home inspection requested.
I was sad to let our first home go, you may also feel this way when the time comes to move out.
So many good memories came flooding back, but we have started a new beginning with new memories.

Oh and the bathroom is Tahoe Blue by Benjamin Moore. Island Witch, fingers crossed! I have concrete plans to stay at my parents place all summer while they're away, and I'll decide what to do later on!
