Checking out masters programs

I've been doing some research on doing my masters. The school I like the best? It happens to be the university I flunked out of at 18. ( Yes I flunked out the first time around, quit the second and managed to graduate the third time). I've often had dreams about graduating from this University and a feeling of sadness and failure mixed in with some regrets when I've got up to great the day. Some times it feels like my life is a jagged circle, I start out in one direction,, end up going in another area, but being lead back to my original starting point. I'm being very honest and saying this particular masters program seems to like it may be the perfect fit for me. My goal is to have my application ready to go for the end of November. Fingers crossed. I'll keep you posted on the progress!

Go for it! I didn't FULLY graduate from university until I was 34, then took a year off (had my daughter), then graduated teacher's college at 36. It's never too late and it sounds like you've done your research - best of luck!

Good Luck on getting in the Master's program of your choice! I was accepted for Spring, but..... it is just too expensive for me to consider right now. Maybe later...

Lisa, I've decided that I'll pull the money from my RRSP's under the "education part" to use to fund my degree. It'll cost about 7,000.00 but I', thinking it'll be worth it in the long run... My direct supervisor agreed to do a reference letter for me today!
