I'm done paying EI and CPP for the year!

I just checked my pay stub on line and I'm done paying for EI and CPP for the year! That means an extra 100.00 in my pocket come pay day ( actaully an extra 100 to put towards debt!).

Yahoo... Oh and I spent 32.33 yesterday on make-up remover, deodrant and make-up wipes, plus 1.75 for coffee and another 1.75 for coffee today.

I'm jealous of the "raise" you're getting!

I didn't work enough from January to June plus I took 2 weeks without pay so it'll be at least November before I see a difference on my paychecks. But I'll enjoy it then!

Hope you're getting into your new routine OK.

We jokingly call it 'merit pay' around here. I should be done paying my cpp and ei and get my merit end of the month cheque.

I have been living on 85% of my wage for the last couple of months due to a work related injury which required surgery. But I,m returning to work on Monday and as well as going back to a normal wage I,ve also just been told we have had pay increase Yahoo
