Slip and falls
Yesterday, while walking the dog to the car after his visit to the kennel, he pulled really hard, I ended up losing my footing and hit the ground really hard. Actually I slammed into the frozen earth so hard it knocked the wind out of my and my glasses flew under the car. The only reason I didn't have a concussion was because my hood flew up as I was falling! I'm a wee bit on the stiff side today and can feel a bruise forming on my left hip.
I also fell off the wagon spending wise. I bought 3 pairs of shoes in Halifax totaling 433.00. They are all very comfy, and I like them but DD hates them ( She likes stiletto's, while mom can't wear heels anymore, so I go for slightly funky slip on's, mary janes, etc)
I did spend money today for DD's eye appointment, plus 20 for groceries, and 20 for rechargeable batteries.
Tomorrow will be a no spend day, as I have no plans on buying any groceries while I'm away again. I'll bring food again, plus I have some things to use up at the house. Next week I'll buy very little again, as DD will be away, so I'll get away spending 20.00 to 30.00 next week.
I'd also like to thank Ria for the award. So here goes 7 things about me:
1.) My parents have lived in the same house for 46 years. I lived there the longest, 27 years off and on.
2.) I have webbed toes, and I inherited them from my mothers side of the family.
3.)I'm not into stuff for my house, I've been purging for a few years and I'm slow getting rid of things that I don't really like.
4.) I love to drive, as long as I know where I'm going.
5.)I'd like to have a small reading/library room in my next home.
6.) Part of the reason I bought my house was I loved the fireplace.
7.) My kitchen is olive green and yellow!
