Yesterday I spent 20 @ Shoppers on junk... DD went to buy make-up and nothing suited her. We ended up buying stuff for the fund raiser at school for last night. I make cupcakes and shepards pie yesterday. I also make hamburger patties for the BBQ, 8 taco style with salsa and taco spice in the meat, the other 8 have Montreal steak spice in them. The total cost per meal will run about 1.10 for meat.
I also managed to give the dog a bath and did lots of laundry. I also took all the art off the walls and have it stored in my closet. My house looks very bare right now!
Tonight DD's school is doing an encore production, so I'll be there again! Tomorrow I work the PT job and Wednesday night will be more laundry as DD is leaving the next day and she'll have to have everything ready to go in the morning.
Suppers will be very quick here, tonight Caesar salad and hot Italian sausages, tomorrow night she's on her own, Wednesday night chicken stuffed with spinach and feta cheese cooked on the BBQ, with spinach salad on the side. The rest of the week I'll most likely have a burger on Thursday night with carrots and dip, Friday night probably chick pea stir fry with rice noodles.
