Sunday March 15/09

Sunday was another great day! I watched Coronation Street, hung out with the puppy, and DD. I did laundry, clean the kitchen and living room floors, made an awesome cake/pudding dessert which I brought to my sisters and shared with them after supper. I didn't cook supper as DD was @ a friends house ( I made a tuna sandwich). I didn't spend any money either.

I have to finish up the bedroom tonight ( dusting and floors) and I'm planning on making a beef and broccoli stir fry for supper.

I plan on not spending anything until Wednesday or Thursday as I have everything I need right now. DD has friends coming from away on Thursday night, ( she has no school on Friday) so it will be a busy week-end. If the weather is good we are going to a sugar bush on Saturday and out for supper that night too. I suspect it will end up costing me well over 100 for Saturday's excursions.

I'm hoping to hear about my mortgage and I'll find out about my income tax later on this week too!

I hope everyone has a great week!

Here's the link to the recipe. It was amazing! It creates a pudding on the bottom and cake on top. I'd add more vanilla. Enjoy it!

That looks extremely rich tasting! But that is probably makes it 'Oh so Good!'. Thanks for the recipe!
