Today is a designanted no spend day!

It's Friday morning and I know its going to be a busy one. By the time I finish working tonight and get to be it'll around 2 am... I won't have time to spend money, but I'll be making it. I'm hoping to make @ least 100.00 tonight! ( Gas, groceries) I get paid today from my PT job but I'll wait and cash my check tomorrow. I'll finish up my Christmas shopping tomorrow and gets my nephews parcels wrapped and my parents can take them when they go to visit next. I hope everyone has a great day!

No I spent 10.50 @ the store... smokes a a scratch ticket. I fell off the wagon... AGH, but I know I can beat this thing.... I'm being honest here...

In Ontario, the provincial government offers assistance to quit smoking. Is there a similar program through your provincial government?

My work place is always sending us stuff... ( I work for the gov't full time) I'll call our health and wellness guy whom I love b/c he is so positive)Tomorrow I'll start back... I'm like an alcoholic I can't have just 1... It's my demon...
