Merry Christmas
Merry Christmas to all! I'm up, the house is quiet, gifts are under the tree, the stocking are filled and now to enjoy the solitude a little longer. I have a strata to make, a 9& 1/2 lb pork crown roast to cook ( we bought it local total cost 31.00), and a day to relax and people to visit later on! I'm so going to enjoy this day and I hope everyone does too!

My mom also bought a pork crown roast, we won't be eating it today though... I hope you enjoy yours, they are soooooo good!!!
