Hello all, I'm here to post my monthly up date.

I've started my gradual return to work. I worked 9 hours last week at my FT job and this week I'll work 13. Next week I'll work 17 hours and gradually build back up to FT hours. I've also been accepted to work in a casual pool with another job, and I'll start that in another week or so. I want to have a back up plan in case i can no longer work my ft job to the best of my ability...

Yes, I was tired but I made it through and was sore by times, but slow and steady wins the race!

Life keeps on moving, things here are good and I'm trying new recipes, and attempting to get the house in order. The dogs have been for a few decent walks lately too!  I'll be building my strength and spending more time off the couch and outside.  It's been very cold lately, so I've just got to buck up and do it! I'm still doing the grind of the appointments and talking /dealing with insurance.

My momma is good and so are LG and DB. My DD is doing well too.

Great idea to have a backup plan just in case. Though I also hope that you improve physically to the point where there is little to no pain. But as we well know life doesn't always work that way. It's been cold here too and although I have great intentions to get outside those plans don't always work out either :( I guess that means more time on my stationary bike!
